Returns, exchanges and cancellations
・Exchanges and returns in case of defectsDM on the official LINE or InstagramWe will respond accordingly. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
・Customer's convenience,(We cannot cancel, refund, return, or exchange after an order has been placed due to a different size, no longer needed, condition worse than expected, very small stains or scratches, dirt after wearing, color that is different from what you imagined, or other).
-Please note that we cannot respond if there is an initial defect (exchange) or if we do not contact you within 7 days of receiving the product.
-Delivery may be delayed from the scheduled date due to delays in cargo. Thank you for your understanding.
・Address changes after deliveryWe can respond immediately after placing your order. However, please note that if the preparation for shipping from our warehouse has been completed, we cannot accept changes even if the shipping notification has not been received. In addition, when changes occur, the delivery company's service office may change and transfer fees may be incurred. In that case, we will be charged a transfer fee for cash on delivery to the recipient, but please be aware of this in advance.
