About orders

Products will be shipped within 3 to 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the day after your order is confirmed. Please note that it takes up to 4 days to 14 days from the time of shipment until you receive your order. We will send you an email notification after shipping is completed, so please wait a moment.

*If you pay by bank transfer, the item will be shipped after the transfer is completed.

*Delivery date and time vary depending on the product.

*Depending on your order status, it may take longer than the above dates.

If you have not received your email, please contact us via DM on Instagram or via the official LINE account.

Due to the specifications of the order system, it is not possible to change the contents of the order once it has been confirmed.

We will inform you of the amount of your bill by email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of the following month. After that, please pay at the designated convenience store on the 10th of the month of confirmation of your billing.

Returns and Exchanges

- We cannot cancel, refund, return, or exchange after an order has been placed due to customer reasons (different sizes, no longer needed, poor condition than expected, very small stains or scratches, dirt after wearing, fraying, color that is different from what you imagined, etc.). Also, since we carry handmade products, slight scratches or fraying is not considered a defect. Please check again before purchasing.

・We strive to provide accurate size information, but depending on individual differences in the product, manufacturing method, materials, etc., there may be approximately 1 to 3 cm of difference from the product's indicated. Thank you for your understanding.

-Please note that in the event of an initial defect (exchange), we cannot respond if the product is not contacted or returned within 7 days of receiving it.

The refund method will vary depending on the payment method specified when placing your order. Please refer to the following.

■Credit card payment The credit card company will process the refund.

Depending on the card you are using, it may take up to two months for the actual refund, so if you have any questions about the timing of your refund or the amount listed on your statement, please contact the card company's support desk.

■Paidy

The claim for the product price will be cancelled.

The amount of the return will be reflected in your Paidy balance after you receive a notification of return or cancellation.

If you continue to use Paidy, it will automatically be used for Paidy use the following month or later, but if you have not used it for three months, you will receive a contact from Paidy.

There is no specification of the delivery company when returning the product. Please be sure to send this product in a trackable shipping method (how you can keep a copy of the shipping slip in your hands).

*If you wish to send it by mail, please use Yu-Pack or Letter Pack.

The packaging box for returns can be any other box than the one you received.

*When returning items, please be sure to include the attached items that came with the product.

*We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or problems such as damage or loss after the return process.
