Period from ordering to shipping

We will ship your order within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day after your order is confirmed. Please note that it may take at least 4 days and up to 14 days for you to receive your order after it has been shipped. We will send you an email notification once your order has been shipped, so please wait a little while.

*If you pay by bank transfer, the item will be shipped after the transfer is completed.

*Delivery dates and times vary depending on the product.

*Depending on the order status, it may take longer than the above dates.

I did not receive the order completion email

Please check your spam folder as it may have been categorized as such.

If you have not received the email, please contact us via Instagram DM or official LINE.

Incorrect address information

Due to the specifications of our order system, we are unable to change your order once it has been confirmed.

Paidy process after deferred payment

We will notify you of the billing amount via your registered email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of the following month. Then, please pay at the designated convenience store on the 10th of the billing month.

About returns and exchanges

Product returns and exchanges

- We cannot accept cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges after an order has been placed for reasons of customer convenience (wrong size, no longer needed, worse condition than expected, very small stains or scratches, stains from wearing, fraying, different color than expected, etc.). Also, since we handle handmade items, minor scratches, fraying, etc. are not considered defects. Please double-check before purchasing.

・We strive to provide accurate sizing information, but please note that due to individual differences in the product, manufacturing method, materials, etc., the actual size may differ by approximately 1 to 3 cm from the stated size.

-Please note that in the case of an initial defect (exchange), we cannot respond if you do not contact us or return the product within 7 days of receiving it.

Refund process

Refund methods vary depending on the payment method specified at the time of order. Please see below.

■Credit card payment The credit card company will process the refund.

Depending on the card you use, it may take up to two months for your refund to be refunded.If you have any questions about the timing of your refund or the amount shown on your statement, please contact your credit card company. Please contact our support desk.

■Pay later (Paidy)

<Before payment> The invoice for the product price will be cancelled.

<After payment> The amount of the returned item will be reflected in your Paidy balance after receiving the return/cancellation notification.

If you continue to use Paidy, the amount will be automatically applied to your Paidy usage from the next month onwards, but if you do not use Paidy for 3 months, you will be contacted by Paidy.

If you would like a refund regardless of the usage period, please contact Paidy customer support.

■Bank transfer/convenience store payment (Currently, bank transfer/convenience store payment is not available.)

The refund will be made by bank transfer based on the account information provided by the customer.

■PayPay

Refunds will be made via PayPay. Please check the PayPay management screen for details.

About the delivery company for returns

There is no designated shipping company for returns. Please be sure to send by a method that allows for tracking (a method that allows you to keep a copy of the delivery slip).

*If sending by mail, please use Yu-Pack, Letter Pack, etc.

Regarding boxes and packaging when returning goods

When returning an item, you may use a packaging other than the one in which it was delivered.

*When returning an item, please be sure to include any accessories that came with the item.

*We are not responsible for any accidents or troubles such as damage or loss after the return procedure.

I received a product different from what I ordered.

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience, but could you please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product?

After checking with a specialist, we will arrange for the correct product as soon as possible.

*If we are unable to exchange the item due to sales conditions, we will issue a refund.
